Full Body Hot Stone

My hot stone massage service are perfect for a ultimate relaxation session. Close your eyes and enjoy the warmth of the stones penetrating your muscles allowing a deeper relaxation of the soft tissue. Can request cold marble stones for a unique facial experience.

This service must be scheduled in advance.

Seasonal Offering November - April

Cupping

This service decompresses tissue, increases blood flow, promotes lymphatic drainage to aid in  relieving muscle tension and release fascial adhesions.

Cups will be applied statically and I will use other cups to glide the tissue to release stagnate areas.

Contraindications:

Skin issues, fresh tattoos, sunburn, blood thinners, severe swelling, and surgical implants. 

I will discuss health concerns before service is performed.
